I just finished the to the surface quest and am currently on this one.
I did it during the fall expedition dates, does this mean I need to wait for the winter ones to complete this next quest?

The problem is that the message in the game for the second one says to be there between 8am and 12am. 12am is MIDNIGHT!! I showed up at about 1pm at Raj's and nothing happened!
