-Reproduction Steps Near the Cavern, i hoe’d one of the “clovers” or weeds that normally drop wild seeds or coffers and it dropped a red orb that i can’t pick up instead.

yeah i ended up exiting the game mid day and went back to it and it dropped a chestnut 😂 idk im just gonna ignore it and hope it doesn’t happen again

Hi, I also got the same bug just now. Was tilling clovers when this popped out.
I could not pick up the item nor do any interactions with it
I'm playing on steam using an acer laptop with controllers
ok so after that video i tried to hoe again and i got trash but the red orb is still there. I hit it with a pickaxe and hoe again, got a ground beetle out of it

Same happened to me. I don't have the save (it was a long time ago in game), but it was in Year 1, before Winter. For me it was next to the Hot Springs - I hoed the green sprout and got a single red orb. I was not able to pick it up though, so I let it sit 🙂
