I actually made a little clip yes

#

as you can see, its super easy, you just have to do it fast enough befor the "animation" ends and you get stamina without losing the item

#

you can change the slot with something else aswell, but nothing happened (i put rocks in the place of the food item i used, nothing happened xD), or change it with a worse food item and it gets used instead
