I see that when I find these now, it now has an option for them as offerings to be offered. I'm not sure where these need to be taken as I have looked around but I'm sure that it's probably a development in process that will be on its way soon.

I've seen the underwater animals store and says complete offering. But ahh okay, I'm currently on Town Rank B
