Not sure if I’m missing something or not. I’ve got access to all the mermaid shops now (I think) but the tattoo shop even when Rysy is behind the counter doesn’t appear to work. Sometimes I can talk to her but she effectively just tells me to go away and the border for her room is really close to the counter.
Am I doing something wrong? I’ve tried googling this and not come up with any answers.
