Not sure if it's a bug, but it seems extremely cheap haha.
I play on PC through Steam.

I'd like to note that I have noticed that in addition to it being just 10coins, it seems you can buy the wellness fruit multiple times from here. I'm under the impression you can buy one every day, definitely seems broken.

reporting in just to mention it's happening to me as well; I got to buy two wellness fruits from BOS. Not sure if it is related, but when the shop UI reloads after the cutscene of eating the fruit plays, the shop's name is changed to "Sam's general store". Happening in v1-162.

Figured out what causes the wellness fruit to restock -- closing and reopening the game.
