#Humble games situation (xbox app pc)

Hi! I’m not sure I’ve understood everything correctly, but will future Coral Island hotfixes etc, be delayed or not even sent out on other platforms than Steam?

I’m playing the game through Xbox app on pc, so i’m wondering if I have to/should buy the game on steam as well in order to keep playing without issues?

I would say at this stage even the coral island/stairway team don’t know what the future holds. Sounds like humble games didn’t exactly communicate with those that were working with them. For now it definitely seems like the future of coral island on console is uncertain however I’m sure the team will do whatever they can do to resolve this as and when they can.

If you can afford to purchase the game on steam and have a pc that can handle gaming…. I’d say go for it. We have coral island on both steam and PlayStation. Whatever happens we hope to always be able to play this game!

we are practically searching in the dark right now. but the point is that as long as stairway hasn't secured a backend permission to roll updates into consoles, it is safe to say that they will be delayed or not even updated in the worst-case scenario. this is also due to stairway not knowing how to roll updates into consoles as it is humble's job to do so. my best bet is prolly contact them and see if they can offer help with your issue. if u want to keep playing without issues, steam is a good decision as stairway is currently holding steam.
