Ocean Seeds Rarity in Merfolk General Store Resetting

I upgraded the quality of my Ocean Seeds to gold and it has reflected that in the Merfolk General Store but upon buying the seeds they revert back to the lowest quality. They won't stack with my crafted gold seeds so I've ruled out that it's a visual glitch.

Edit: Hovering over the bought seeds still has the "Yields gold quality" text but harvesting them gives base-to-silver quality crops - same as normal seeds.

Update: I tried upgrading them again to Osmium quality to see if that fixes things but they’re still base quality after buying them from the store.
Edit: My old crafted-gold quality seeds now have the description of "osmium quality" but the star does not reflect the change. At this point I don't know if it's all just a visual bug or not.

If anyone has experienced this (and maybe managed to find a potential fix) please do comment as well.

I’m having the same issue as well on Steam-PC (Controller & Keyboard). I noticed it worked fine one time (i rarely bought the seeds so i only know it worked once) when it was bronze star. On another day i talked to Cho to upgrade the seeds to silver, then went to buy the seeds, and they suddenly went back to no star when bought. I’m currently upgraded to silver and it still reverts back to no star seeds.

Update 2: Tried using the store bought seeds with Fertilizer II now gives more gold-osmium quality crops. They still have the osmium star when in the store menu and lose the star when buying them, but the description still says it's osmium quality. I'm just overall confused at this point...

This will be my final update on this bug. I'm guessing devs haven't seen this bug or it's not affecting most people so I'm just gonna hope it gets fixed when the next patch rolls out;;

Update: My seeds are now osmium quality in store but when bought it still becomes a no star.

Also somehow every time I harvest and get seeds back, they’re also all no star despite the crop having stars (idk if that’s how it’s supposed to work though) 🤔

No worries. I figured you guys had a lot on your plate so I didn't want to keep pushing up the post since there were more serious bugs going on.

I can also report that upgrading the seaweed is also bugged. It doesn't have a star on it after upgrading (unlike hay).

Edit: Update:
As of V1.1-1220 the seeds and seaweed now display the correct quality. I was not able to check if buying them retains the quality but I’m guessing that’s also fixed - Thank you!
