Currently, the team has said that it will have no effect on the Steam version of the game, as Stairway has full control over that platform's version of the game. It's other platforms that are the major concern, because they will be unable to push out hotfixes or new updates for XBOX, Gamepass or PlayStation until this issue is resolved, to say nothing of Switch

^^ also I would not bet on 1.3 releasing this year. Given how much time it took for 1.1 to release and this current situation, I can see 1.3 being moved to early next year
