Rank A but no letter from Mayor Connor

I completed all 125 levels of the Savanna Cave to retrieve the memory fragments, played almost 2 seasons in game and have my mermaid tail and yet no letter from Connor to start the journey to Rank S. I played the beta and my town hall shows the Rank at A.

Im on Steam and just noticed this issue after the new update. Ive been able to play with all the new furniture and areas but no rank S content..
Keyboard and Mouse.

But, can you tell me have you scene a cutscene where Pufferfish leaves the town? 🙂
