When in harvest festival, the pamphlet does not appear and cannot be accesible.

The spring festival, tree planting and pet festival none of them have the pamphlet available to use

I also experienced the pamphlet missing during the beach cleanup in year one. Not sure if other festivals might be affected but at most of them I used the pamphlet successfully. I am on Steam/PC.

I'm also missing the feature during the Beach Cleanup, but shows during the Harvest Festival. Currently on the last week for Fall, I'll update whether Spooky Day shows up or otherwise.
