help with Suki two heart event

I keep waiting to get the letter from Suki to go to the beach to watch the sunset but nothing and it’s already the next Season in the game and she has 4 hearts now someone please help i don’t know what to do or if I’m doing something wrong or if it’s a bug😭

I was able to trigger the scene of her,her ex husband ,and daughter at the school
