Game Crashing and Freezing

I have played the game and is is freezing on the screen to the point where I am unable to move to mouse or pull up task manager. I have to force shut down. I have attempted to recreate this but it seems to be random as sometimes I can play for up to 2 hours with no issues and sometimes I'll play for 10 minutes and it freezes.

I was going about the usual day. Finished all the farm “chores” and were chatting with various NPC’s when I came out of a chat and then my character froze when moving. Another time I was walking through the main part of town and it froze. It honestly weird cause it seems random. I’ve been making sure that my laptop isn’t overheating and checked the RAM so I’m not sure. I was able to play this evening for 2 hours without issue. So weird.
