Reproduction Steps: I have not gotten any fossil nodes. I am on Year 1, Summer 18. Town Rank E; Museum rank E (very close to D now), Ocean rank D. I upgraded the museum a while back and got the Soft Bristle Brush from Scott. I have also freed the Earth Giant and I'm on Level 15 of the Water Mine, and I'm in the Kelp area of Dua Pulu
Repro Rate: Constant, I have never gotten a fossil node

Is this part of the gameplay now or is this a bug?
