Title: Precious Gem Alter Reset

Reproduction Steps: I was one gem away from completing the precious gem alter prior to the update. Once the update launched it cleared out my progress for the whole alter and rest me to 0 gems. I started trying to recomplete it, but every time I close and reopen my game the alter rests back to 0 gems offered. I've lost 3 rounds of near complete gem offerings now from this bug.

Repro Rate: Every time i close the game
