is it just me or is anyone else having trouble with the fast travel not working

I am also having trouble fast traveling to the caravan/mines from like the woodlands or museum. When I fast travel, the screen would turn black and I'm back to where I started like I never left.

I can fast travel FROM the mines to other areas though.

If there is a foragiable item in front or near it you will need to pick it up.
