Memory statue not working?

PC most recent update, got to this statue and nothing happens when I click on it.

I don't have a screenshot on hand RN but I'm looking for the memory fragments, got the cutscenes, and got down to lvl 50 and still can't do anything. This screenshot is lvl 25.

We have checked your save file. You haven't gotten the cutscene at level 25. You should see the cutscene sequentially from level 25, level 50, and so on. Thank you

how do I trigger the cutscene? o:

You can interact with the stone at each checkpoint, such as at levels 25, 50, and so on. Did you not interact with the stone?

I guess restarting my game fixed it, I went back for the video and it worked then. thank you for your time
