You can see weird flashing highlights occurring around the edge of the screen and under objects such as trees when the character is nowhere near them.
Also, you can see in the video there is an example of the stuttering issue others have mentioned occurring on PS5 as well.

Nope. I literally updated the game, loaded my old save, and there it was.
I left the farm to visit the blacksmith, came back and it was there again. So, that's when I took the video.
Loaded up again to see if it would happen, and yes. As soon as I loaded and left the house, here it is again.

OK, so back to this. Bug is still happening. Tested it on my console and my wife's, and same issue is occurring on both.
Also deleted and redownloaded the game, bug continues to occur.

Tried starting a new game and it appears in the new game as well
It seems to happen more in low light conditions.

Kinda annoying I'm getting now response and no word of a fix for something that could be a serious medical problem...
