I got a message from completing a bundle that the deep woods is accessible. although i do have the wooden bridge now between the cave side and the "secret" wood, i cannot enter the deep woods. Am i missing something?

yeah i got the cutscene of it apparently disappearing and everything. then i checked and i only have 13 bundles completed; to unlock this i should have 14. 🤔

That tree bridge opening to connect mid forest to concerned monkey means that directly left of concerned monkey shop you will now also have ‘stairs’ / a secret path accessible into the dig site area (the big boulder is main entrance for dig site & iirc is likely tied to dig site unlock = second altar completion)
Via secret/side path entrance @ monkey shop you can go into dig site area & go to its top left corner to then access the path into deep forest

mine finally unlocked after 14 offerings. I saw the cutscene the last bundle i completed but it actually went through this time.

I'm also having this issue, I got the cutscene and slept but the only thing unlocked is the bridge connecting the monkey shop to the mid forest, boulder is still there and there's no stairs by the monkey shop

It’s a bug. It opens at 14 bundles complete. The cutscene is showing too early.
