Does anyone know how to tigger it, I already unlocked it on the alter and already had the chief cut seen tell one of the giants to open or close it am I missing something?? Current town rank is B if that matters

you have to rescue all the previous giant and see all the cutscenes
check out the giant village often

Hey, I have the same issue but I do have both quests. Currently it says enter the cave of memories like in your screenshot. I had the cutscene were the giants tell me to go to the cave but when I go there its blocked. Town rank is B
