Can’t trigger the cutscene for the new offerings

Hello. I’ve been rank A and have completed the lake offerings pre new patch and have seen the cut scene where the town got rank A but still can’t start the new offerings. What am I doing wrong?

I’ve been having the same issue but I think I just unlocked them! I just finished the quest for the last giant in the savannah and a day later I was walking towards the lake temple at 6 pm and I got the cut scene!

Is the new offering at the same place? I've got the dream but not the cut scene just yet.
