I put my offering items in before actually getting the cutscene with Cho, couldn't get the reward though until after the cutscene. After the cutscene, received the reward when interacting with it again but from my understanding I'm also supposed to complete a puzzle and get a Wand upgrade?
I can wave the wand and it plays a tune but nothing else happens, no puzzle shows up. Has anyone else had this issue?

no. the wand upgrade was changed to Cho's shop this is why i HATE that they put out those guides because they are WRONG

Even though I was able to find the wand upgrades at the shop, I am still have an issue where I have turned in all items at the 10m Orchestra spot, received the reward (Seaweed starter), but nothing else happens and the 2nd site has not unlocked? Do I need to just wait longer for it to trigger or complete more of the "Resupply Merfolk Kingdom" quest maybe?
