I mine all through the winter as soon as I finish feeding my livestock. During a trip through the Water shaft I accidentally hit a mark on the floor that I thought was just texture. But it was a crack that led to 3 more cracks until at the last one I was able to mine 12 silver ores.
I kept my eyes peeled and found silver ore veins on pretty much every floor that I went to. I'm still in year one and kind of poor so bronze was my primary need. So, last night while I was playing I hit the Earth Shaft and found some bronze ore veins and just mined until exhausted. After that, I saved the game and went to bed.
After my game 1.1 update this morning I immediately went to mine. I've now gone from Winter to spring and I have not been able to find a single bronze or vein. Is this part of the update?
I've also been having issues with my key binds. They were perfectly fine last night but this morning when I use the d-pad in any direction it just cycles through my backpack inventory. And when I press the center button on my controller instead of bringing up the map it does nothing.
Since I thought that maybe my kids had gotten on my game and messed around with the settings, I tried going into the game settings under the controls and binding them to what they were before, applied/saved changes, annnnd. Nothing. It does nothing.
I've turned off and turned back on the game and my entire system more times and I can count today. But I have found no bronze ore veins and my d-pad shortcuts aren't working. Is this happening to anyone else?
