I’m trying to remap triangle from last menu to inventory screen, but whenever I try to bind it after clearing the last menu binding it triggers the default all prompt, asking to default all prompts, and I go to the top to cancel out of that, but then when I go to save my prompts it defaults all prompts anyway

Does the issue persist after restarting the game as well? If so, to help us better understand the problem, is it possible to share a video of when you try to change the keybind to triangle?

I see, have you also tried to change it when in the game Main Menu (before you enter the game play)?
