I’m playing a new game on a Steam deck. Game version v1.1-1198. And I have a strange double exposure image happening throughout the cutscene, it’s not unwatchable but definitely makes it hard to focus on.

Hi there! Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Do you happen to have a video when the cutscene plays and the issue happens?
Also, can you let us know the in-game date and time when you see the cutscene?
