Reproduction Steps
I reloaded a save file from early access and restarted it to keep the coins. I left the two skip options on the last page of the creation un-checked as I have not played since early access. Halfway through the intro scene I held X down and skipped the rest of it. Started the game with an empty inventory. I restarted the game and sat through the cutscene, only skipping dialog with A. Still no tools in my inventory. -
Repro Rate
It is constant. I have talked to people, went to Sam's, checked the mail. Nothing seems to trigger the tools appearing. -
