Messed up the keybinds and now my game is locked

Since the update changed the key binds on the Dpad, I wanted to rebind them to how they used to be. I clearly messed up somewhere, and now I can no longer naviguate the menus. If i press options, I can't go down to setting or anything else. So I can't reset them. I have locked my game and I can no longer play.

I play on the PS5 on the version 1.1-1198. I use a PS5 controller.

Is there a way to reset them, without having to delete the game fully and lose my progress?

Same issue here with the d-pad but on steam deck and bluetooth controller

Can you try plugin the mouse to your PS5 and play the game, will the issue resolves?

It was but I found a workaround between my pro controller and steamdeck. I have to go into the controller settings each time and select the type of controller I will be using either Steamdeck Controller.or Nintendo Pro Switch Controller. I noticed that the default was not switching back to Steamdeck after being docked and used with the pro controller. Now it works fine.
