Bug Slow loading into new places + Bug spanish translation

Hi! i want to make a bug report about the loading process when you enter or exit places. When you do that, the character gets "paralized" and don't move for a little while (i didn't count it exactly). I record a video but i can't load it because the size

About the spanish translation i only found about the last upgrade for the house, idk if there is more. In english you can see i have all the upgrades for the house and it seens you need to have the children to unlock the rooms but in spanish is bugged and say "You need to upgrade your house to add more room for children"

I was just gonna post this bug so I timed it, it’s about 2sec. Which isn’t a lot but when it is everytime you load in somewhere it gets a bit frustrating.

I’m playing on Xbox, if there is a difference between platforms
