It's everywhere, I tried from Savannah to the farm, from the city to the farm, and from the kingdom of Melfork to the farm, at first the teleportation from Savannah to the farm worked but not anymore

Hey, I have a similar problem. I can't teleport to my farm - I could before update. I play on PC, WIn10.
