I just noticed this when I went to talk with Merfolk NPC's and other than the queen, princess and the king went into T-pose.
This happened on PC at the latest version of the game and happened twice in the same day while talking to NPC's.
p.s Sry couldn't remember how to attach save file

Do you happen to have a screenshot or video when they go T-posing?

I was playing on Steam through PC, I've failed to get a screenshot in time sry but can try to remake the bug and look again.
