One Big House?

At some point is it possible to have all the player's in one house rather than in separate rooms? I wanna play with my girlfriend and its kind of a bummer that it's going to be separate rooms in that one house plot. But i understand how much hard work it takes to make a game and I love said game, I played it nonstop for at least a month. Anyway, I just wanted to see if that was possible in any way, like one big house that my gf and I can live in and decorate together.

While I can't speak starting in one house, an intended feature is multiplayer marriage, from last I heard, so you could potentially 'move in' together in game. And we don't know if you'll be prevented from sleeping in the same bed, for example.

I believe there may also be options to have separate houses as well as the knockoff TARDIS house, but I don't know how solid that theory is.
