Rafael 10 Heart Event

I can't get the 10 heart event to trigger with Rafael. I'm on PS5 we've been at 10 hearts since winter 2 and I'm almost done summer 3 at this point.

I thought I had, but I looks like I just triggered the 2 and 3 heart events

Thank you! So I completed the gems bundle before the latest update, but now it's marked as undone again because of the change in required materials. Is there a way to get those spent materials back? And I recently added two labradorite to the middle section of that, but since I didn't complete it fully those have disappeared as well.
