Area previously accessible now saying i need to complete additional offerings

Anyone having this same issue?? I have completed the offerings necessary to access this mining area and i was using it for a while but now when i updated with 1.1 its saying i need to complete additional offerings.

Its showing that i need to complete this but i had it unlocked already for some reason i used to go to the dig site every in game day to get fossils. Im unsure if the requirements changed or i donated a certain amount and had access to it but the update now changed that idk. Its very weird.

I have this issue as well. I had all my alters completed before the update and now it says I need The Giant Sea Bass again.

It was a bug that was reported during beta. The dig site unlocked when you got access to the deep forest, even if you didn't earn it yet on the altar. With 1.1 they took the stairs away, so you no longer have access just for opening the deep forest

basically, it was a bug that you had access to it before you actually finished the altar

Hi again @thick saffron, we need more info. If you try completing the "Salt Water Fish" and "Rare Fish" again, will it accept your offering or not? 😮

Yes it does, had the same issue, unlocked it again after finishing the altar.

I think the issue is about the offering reset, i had the gemstone completed 2/3 but i load save and lost one, so its 1/3 now.
