Hi Coral Island team!
Thank you for all the hard work that’s gone into this lovely game. I've played over 70 hours and truly appreciate it!
However, I’ve noticed that the Chinese localization still has major issues, including:
Many untranslated strings (still in English)
Misleading or incorrect translations that impact gameplay
For example:
The map label “Cavern” is translated as “farm animal,” which is very confusing since visiting the cave is one of the earliest quests.
The quest “Merfolk Chaperone” (Part 2 & 3) tells players to go to the hotel, when they actually need to visit the bar or museum.
I’m wondering if you are planning to revise or enhance the current Chinese localization, and if so, would you consider involving community volunteers? I don’t have professional localization experience, but I am fluent in both English and Chinese and have a strong eye for nuance and natural expressions. I’d be more than happy to help proofread or even contribute to the process.
Thank you for your amazing work!
