I received the ten heart letter inviting me to the pier however when I go on a sunny day between 19:00 and 21:00 the event doesn't trigger (I've tried walking and teleporting several times).
I got the letter in fall of year 1 and I'm now in Spring of year 2 and it is still not working. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue in their game?
I have all the conditions satisfied for: weather, time, viewing all previous heart events, and having my house upgraded to level 3.
