My problem with Pufferfish building. I dont saw the npc picture there. Im already in the building, speaked with both girl in, but i still saw this picture. And i saw this everyday. This is a bug, or later "unlocking"? I played on Steam, win10 if that count.

Hi. as i mentioned on Win10 and Steam. And yes i going inside(as you can se on picture) and speak with Karen and receptionist too. But i always see that "blank" picture at Pufferfish.

No. I dont see picture icon ON THE MAP as on my screenshot you can see. No matter if im in the buildinig or outside in town. I can see everything inside Pufferfish, Both girl and the lot NPC who working. Only problem i dont see the relevant npc ON THE MAP, no matter what i do.
And only that Building do this. Other buildings show correctly the npc-s who are in the buildings.

Yeah. no matter im in the building or not. i always see that blank icon at that building.

@rare goblet Hi, I am pretty sure it's just Raina or Karen it's just that the icon of their portrait is not visible, when I log into the game later this night I'll check again but it's one of the two
