I believe I opted to have a baby but I haven't got one after about 20 days. How long does it take and is there a way to confirm that I said YES?

Finally had a baby it took a little over 2-3 game weeks if I remember correctly? I got the pop up in Spring and then had the baby by mid summer 🤔
