If you have gold hay you are less likely to have silver milk , but you are still able to get it just takes a little while

Nope, didn't realize it was needed and turned it all into cheese. I'm gonna try not petting the cow for a while, maybe it'll drop back down.

Then yeah, it’s time for a new cow. Once it wins the contest it only produces golden milk. You can’t get it to produce regular milk again.
