Does anyone know why wakuus 8 heart event wouldn't be triggering for me? I've done all the prior ones and the wiki says its at the pier from 16:00-19:00 during sunny or windy weather but for some reason no matter which day I go it won't trigger. I'm at 10 hearts with him and my town rank is C. I've tried to warp there, walk into the area from the left side and walked in from the right but nothing will happen. Does it need to be spring or summer? Do I need to have hearts with his dad? Does it need to be past year 1? I'm just so confused on why it's not working.
