Hello everyone! I had a question, but I wasn't sure where to reach out at. Thought maybe y'all would know.
I did the Name in Credit Pack ($45) and did an extra add-on for the Mythical Pets ($25). I also chose to get the game for Switch and I haven't played anything for it. Wanted to wait for it to come out on Switch to see anything.
But I went and filled out a survey to confirm my rewards and it didn't have the Mythical Pets add-on. My ($25) was still there as credit, but it didn't say anything about the Pets like it had before. I wanted to see if I was missing something or if I'm fine and just hadn't got the code yet because I'm on Switch.
Any help is appreciated. 💙
