can't talk or gift Theo in the first fall event

Have you spoken to Theo at all that day or gifted him 2 gifts that week?

The gift part was not a bug I realized after that I had already gifted him, but the dialogue part I thought they had special dialogue for events

Only if you haven’t spoken to them already that day. It’s not ideal but that’s how it works at the moment.
