I had an issue earlier where I caught a new insect and was trying to throw something out of my inventory to make room but got stuck. Unable to go to setting, change tab, menu, etc. Lost all that day's progress.

Steam on pc and It’s very difficult to recreate given I need to have a full inventory and find a new bug in order to recreate it but I’ll try

It can happen on any platform as long as that dialogue pops up while you're moving an item in your inventory, making you unable to close the dialogue and your inventory.
