It is clearly winter in town and in the cut scene the winter decos are out but when Bree appears all the snow vanishes even tho she and Theo are in winter clothes

If you're still not progressing so far, could you share your save and backup file with us?
You can access it under this file path (make sure to unhide the AppData folder first):
Saved File: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames (the .sav file)
Backup File: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames\Backup (zip the folder and drop here)

I'm so sorry, I don't but this was right at the end of winter--a few days before the NYE party. I would say around 26 or 27 Spring because I remember chasing down the twins for their birthday
