I play on Xbox for PC/ PC Game Pass. Game Version: v1-142
I've completed all 4 mines to level 40, and have never once seen a Band of Smiles Errand available. I thought maybe I was not visiting frequently enough but even after checking every day for a week straight, there's none.
I have the "!" over the chest where it says you can complete errands, but the board always says None Available.

I eventually saw one and completed it. It does seem to be rare to catch one though. I'm in Year 3, Summer 1.

I'm having the same issue, using Steam PC. I'm on Year 2 Winter 24 and I've been checking every day for the whole year and not had a single one.
