i planted it earlier on winter and its dyng on 20ish winter . like orange tree etc

If its the saplings, they only last two seasons and take ten days out of those two seasons to grow up enough to produce fruits. They die after this ||unless planted in the Greenhouse|| and must be replanted the next first season they grow and fruit in.
The fruit tree seeds grow in 28 days, so need to be planted a season ahead to produce in the season they fruit, and lay dormant until the fruiting season comes up again.
Trees, like the Orange Tree, will grow to maturity in Winter but won't fruit until their single fruiting season.

It’s probably just the winter model of the tree, it should start producing in spring if it’s an orange tree

most of fruit trees (saplings) are dormant on winter
