I started my new game plus a while ago on my laptop, which doesn’t run the game very well. I have since bought a pc and my husband and I decided it would be easier to stay logged in to his steam account, but I would like access to my save file. I have tried copying the contents of ProjectCoral from my laptop to the same folder on the pc, but as soon as I run the game all of the save files are deleted. Is there a way to share a save file with a different steam account?

Weird. I uploaded simply from one PC to another and everything worked (steam synced was on new day, the old one was day before that.)
Make a copy of the save (one more), and for the one that you want to upload, try deleting steam_autocloud.vdf
Also, not sure if its related, but I simply replaced all SaveGame folder from old laptop to new.

Have you run the game at least once on the new computer?
If not. Run it, so the game creates the save game folder.
You'll need to create a new game.
Load in to a fresh save and then you can close out of the game
And then you can paste your old file
