Hi! Hope this is the right place to put this, but I completed the temple offerings and everything and I'm at A Rank, but I'm still missing heritage points? Did I do something wrong/am I missing something?

there was one weird thing where it played an old cutscene after an update where I unlocked one of the areas but I had already unlocked it and I think I got points from that, so I'm not sure if I had gotten double the heritage points or if I hadn't before and then it fixed itself in the update?

Nope. You're done for now. The museum will do the same when you complete it. It will be at rank A, but not at full points like the ocean is. More heritage and museum stuff is coming in 1.1
The bamboo forest thing was just an issue where the cut scene to unlock wasn't in the game yet, they just added it in the last hot fix. So the first time everyone logged in after the hotfix got the cut scene. You would not have gotten more points for it.
