Hi @visual bay. Thank you for your patience. I noticed you've got a crash log after the crash occurred. Can you please copy-paste and send it here? 😉

You can access the crash log by copy-paste this file path into your Windows Explorer: %localappdata%\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes then filter the date to the recent one, and send the .xml file here! 🙂

I did try after that when it happened the issue didn’t persist & what do you mean it didn’t happen on your end ? 😦

It means the crash didn't happen when we tried to sell the pigs 😮

why would i have to send a video of the crash when i just told you exactly when it happened? just because it didnt happen for you ... doesnt mean it didnt happen.. 😦

Hi, so let me explain this clearly, in case there's a missed in my writing above 🙂

We do acknowledge the issue and your report, that's why we need supporting data (crash log and save file) that you've provided us before, thank you for this!

And the first thing we do after reading the code on the crash log (to make sure no similar report has been submitted), is checking your save file to try and replicate the issue. You mentioned it crashed after selling your pigs, so we loaded your save file, immediately went to the barn, and then sold your pigs, but the crash didn't happen.

That's unfortunate, but when we said it didn't happen on our end, it doesn't mean we'll just mark this as "not an issue" and dismiss the report, it just means that we still need more info to be able to replicate this crash. That's why I ask, if you tried selling your pigs again, would the crash happen again? I'm also asking for a video of the issue, in case there's some step that we missed and didn't do to trigger the crash so that the crash could happen and our teams could fix it right away

@dense hemlock ok thank you for letting me know this.. I’ll try selling my pig again as the heart level is too high & I need black truffle and I already got a white truffle pig but yeah I don’t know I never had crashing for a long time until then
