Year 2 I didn't have a single day of rain in Fall. I'm in year 3 now day 8 of Fall- no rain yet and I'm growing concerned it's going to happen again and I won't be able to catch the Eastern Black Swallowtail 😥

Saaaaaaaame. Year 3, I'm missing one bug and one fish. Both are rainy fall bugs. It's fall day 25 and not a single day of rain.

same here. The rng is broken. I spend one full hour playing to the 27Th of fall and reloading back to the 24th, with no rain (only change, sometimes it's windy but 95% of times its sunny and sunny and sunny again). The whole fall season was sunny

I've had no rain in fall and now it's the 14th of winter and still no rain. I'm missing bugs and fish so can't complete the museum 😦 It's been about 6 weeks in game with no rain. Can we either get a way to force it to rain or have the chance adjusted please?!

i have been complaining about this for months for ps5 and steam and it has never been adjusted. I've had multiple playthroughs and different save files with absoultely no rain in fall at all for years

I don't recall there being a single rainy day in fall during year 1. Year 2, I'm on day 20 in fall- still not a single rainy day.

+1 to this. I had a 100% sunny fall. All other seasons the weather feels random and I'll get a good mixture. In fall it feels heavily weighted towards being sunny. I'm on steam, pc.

Hi @mellow glacier ! Sorry for the ping, but do you happen to have any update on when the correction will happen? It's been several patches, and I've just finished playing through Year 2 Fall without a single rain drop 😦 So I can't finish my bug collection for another year.

@mellow glacier I have had this same issue on ps5 as well as steam. I reported it many months ago multiple times and you developers said it was RNG. Even though countless people said the same thing. I have played multiple times, multiple years and no rain in fall EVER. Started a new playthrough.... same thing. It gets monotonous to have multiple hotfixes, multiple complaints about it from many people, and no one listens to us.

@mellow glacier it's not just legendary fish. No rain in fall also means you can never catch the eastern black swallowtail.

Hi this bug seems still there up until today.
I'm still on 15 Fall tho, but reading this, now I'm worried that I will not get a single rainy day this Fall.

It has not been fixed. My partner and I complained about it many months ago on steam and then later ps5. It makes it absolutely impossible to get the eastern black swallowtail. We tried multiple playthroughs and NEVER got rain in fall. We have since given up playing all together since it has been a long time with no fix. We kept getting told it'it's RNG and not a bug... but clearly it is more than that if there are hundreds of complaints about this for months. Sure you can catch one of the fall fish in the Savannah now but that doesn't fix the fact that it never rains in fall and there is no other way to catch the eastern black swallowtail

I don’t know about that… it’s 25 fall year 2 and I spent 2 hours reloading a save to get rain/storm on 27… but it’s alway a sunny day, occasionally windy (like 26 that is locked)…

we tried save scumming and it never worked. We gave up after multiple playthroughs and save files

I think this game is messing with me.

I save-scummed for rain...

Then on the day it rained, the weather report said it was going to rain again the next day. XD

Did this bug/feature ever get fixed? I feel like we should have some way to force rain, or have like 1 guaranteed day each season. I'm on day 23 of Fall year one and no rain, still have 5 more days so maybe there's hope.

Looking at some of the other messages here it looks like I might have to wait in game years to finish my bug/fish collection.

it's a bit difficult to sayy my last file i had it rain near the end of the month but it was AFTER the the time to catch a few fish. (but i DID get the bug that alluded me. - i did have to reset the day because it didn't spawn the first time LOL i was NOT leaving home w/o it). it also does appear during windy days i noticed).

just a reminder that in regards to the fish - they DO appear during snowy weather in winter and i often got a lot of snow.
