Crash: Earth giant quest after finished 40th earth mine floor

1. After finished 40th level of the Earth mines and go back to the mines lobby. When the Chieftain cutscene dialogue played game crashed.

2. I already tried twice and it crashed again. total crash 2x

its Happen in the middle of cutscene dialogue
But I've skipped the dialogue and it doesn't crash
